About Nancy 

With over 13 years of experience in Ottawa’s residential real estate market — and 24 years in the pharmaceutical industry before that — I bring a unique blend of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving to every client relationship.

As a REALTOR® with Royal LePage Integrity Real Estate Brokerage, I help buyers and sellers navigate the often complex process of preparing, staging, and listing their homes. My goal is to make every step of the journey as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.

Before entering real estate, I spent over two decades in pharmaceutical sales, most recently as a Specialized Oncology Territory Manager. In that role, I worked closely with oncologists, hematologists, surgeons, and nurses to bring advanced therapies to patients facing breast, prostate, and renal cancers. One of my proudest accomplishments was designing and launching Canada’s first home infusion program, allowing patients to receive treatment in the comfort of their own homes — reducing hospital visits and improving quality of life.

That same care and dedication now define my work as a REALTOR®. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction — it’s a personal transition that deserves empathy, expertise, and attention to detail. Over the years, I’ve developed a special focus on helping seniors downsize from larger family homes into smaller, more manageable spaces such as bungalows or apartments. With patience and understanding, I guide clients through every emotional and practical step of the process.

I also love working with first-time home buyers, helping them navigate the exciting — and sometimes overwhelming — journey of purchasing their first home. From mortgage pre-approvals and inspections to connecting them with trusted contractors and service professionals, I make sure they feel supported and confident from start to finish.

In my personal life, I own a Border Collie Archie that I compete in Agility with.

I love to ski, both downhill and cross country; I hike, cycle and garden. I’m also a serious golfer!
